HOW WE REPORT

CRM Software for our customers and teams
Our works, performance and vehicles are tracked and monitored using the Bigchange workforce app.
Using this software we can provide tailored reports giving in depth knowledge to the customer without them ever having to visit site.
We can also manage our teams effectively, efficiently and safely.
Each job sent to the team contains at least the following information

• Exact site location using google maps

• Site security details

• Job specification

• RAMS and certificates

Once the tasks are complete this information is sent to the customer along with a report detailing multiple images for visual reference, notes, findings, time on and off site, travel time and miles travelled to name a few.
We also use our system to log our weekly tool box talks, machinery service records and stock so we can provide up most transparency between ourselves and our valued customers.

Auditing

All works are checked and audited by our managers to make sure everything is to the highest standard and nothing is missed.

Our vehicles and machinery are audited weekly so our operatives are safe on and off site.

Our tools and stock are audited for quality.
